This a
great
Meditative Yoga class for students of all levels. No experience is
needed. This
soothing class will deepen your yogic experience through gentle and
restorative
Yoga poses partnered with meditation. The joining of these two
practices
soothes and calms the body and mind, putting you in tune with your
higher self.
This class will incorporate four of the five principles of Yoga – proper
relaxation, proper exercise, proper breathing, and positive thinking and
meditation. I’ll leave the proper diet principle up to you ;o) We will work
on aligning chakras and the postures will be taught in preparation for
meditation. Students will also experience aromatherapy and vibrational
therapy. We will rest in a meditative state for about 20 minutes.
I'll make sure you are centered before preparing to move on to your next
destination. Enjoy how it feels to relax and let go.
